Grand Bahama Port Authority unveils new media site

GBPA's new media site, GBPA 24/7

Grand Bahama Port Authority (GBPA) has launched GBPA 24/7, a dedicated media website featuring up-to-the-minute and archived press releases, images and video content. The website, now live at media.gbpa.com, serves as a one-stop source for all company-related news as well as information on business development, events and initiatives around Freeport.

The new site delivers an intuitive user experience, allowing easy navigation of the site’s wide-ranging media library. Through category listing and site-wide keyword searching, users can quickly browse and view press releases, news articles, and video content, including the latest installments of Focus Forward, Virtual Town Hall and Port Pulse.

GBPA 24/7 seeks to drive user engagement across the web and increase conversation about events and developments happening around Grand Bahama. Designed with the mobile-user in mind, the media site is not only optimized for use on any device, it is also fully social media–integrated. Every press release, image and video added to the website is automatically published to the GBPA’s relevant social media profiles. Additionally, every post on the site comes with an option for users to link the content to dozens of social networking platforms.

The GBPA 24/7 website was designed by Alex Cameron and Brinard Sweeting of Visionary.
