Keeping The Pulse on The Grand Bahama Port Authority

TinyPulse Software – TinyPulse allows GBPA employees to answer survey questions anonymously and leave feedback to assist the President and Manager to create a more positive and conducive work environment. This simple and easily accessible software is the best for The Grand Bahama Port Authority to empower its employees, encourage candid two-way communication and stay on top of the new and up-to-date Human Resources technology.

July 20th 2018 – Keeping the Pulse on The Grand Bahama Port Authority – TinyPulse is a software that emphasizes the importance of two-way communication in the workplace. It aims to develop continuous listening amongst employees and managers by allowing all employees to leave anonymous feedback, suggestions, complaints, or solutions. This empowers the employees and lets them know that their opinions matter and that their voices are being heard. By facilitating a culture of open communication, there is now a direct line between the leaders and the team.

With the knowledge that employees have very busy schedules, TinyPulse only sends one question by email each week to be answered any time over the course of seven days.  This anonymous feedback will be visible to President Rolle and will be reviewed and shared to make the necessary adjustments to accommodate the employees. President Ian Rolle stated, “I believe that this is an excellent way for the company to communicate more efficiently and will allow myself, along with the other managers, to create initiatives and changes to create the best possible work environment.” He further went on to say that, since all replies are anonymous, all employees should feel free to be open and candid in their replies so that we can receive the most accurate and beneficial information possible.

There also exists the possibility to celebrate and uplift your coworkers through “Peers for Cheers” and anonymous suggestions for upcoming events or necessary changes around the office can be submitted using the “Suggestions and Solutions” tab. All replies, suggestions, and peer recognitions can be done on a phone, in a browser or on the TinyPulse app, making this software even more easy and accessible. We encourage all employees to use TinyPulse to their advantage and help us to make The Grand Bahama Port Authority the best workplace that it can be and ensure that everyone feels content and comfortable when they enter the workplace.
